disperse the "carbopol" resin in about 3/4ths of the water woth rapid agitation. dissolve "glucam", "carbowax,"and "tween" in remaining water. when solutions are homogeneous, combine with slow stirring. when homogeneous, add triethanlamine and cotinue stirring until uniform. add perfume and preservatives.
