blend ingrediens together at 65 C. cool and fill. the ubnadjusted pH of this formula is between 5.5 and 6.0. to increase viscosity, add sodium chloride. to reduce viscoity, lower the level of "lexaine" C.
this is a highly pearlescent formula.
