配制方法:

heat the primary water to 85 C and thoroughly disperse the "carbopol." add the triethanolamine. maintain 85 C, premix "erquat" S and secondary water, add to the "carbopol"solution with stirring. in a separate vessel heat part B to 78 C, slowl add to part A while stirring. begin cooling when uniform. at 40 C, add part C, continue mixing and cooling. pour at 30 C.
