place the dry ingredients of part a and shortening in mixing bowl
and blend by A few turns of the mixer. add water and mix 6 min in low
speed. stir part B togethe. add in 2 portions to part A, mixing smooth
after each addition. when last liquids have been added, finish by
mixing in low speed for 4 min.
baking temperature: 365-375 F.
note: sida and baking powder are variable depending on the cocoa used.
