配制方法:
preparation of ery mix: dry-blend all the ingredients thoroughly.
packahe 60 g per package.
preparation of finished topping: mix contents of package(60 g) of dry mix with 119 ml (4 oz) of cold milk, using abn electricmixer on slow speed for 2 min or until mix is well disprtsed. whip at high speed for 2-3 min umtil topping is light and fluffy. serve immeciately or refrigerate.
