Heat this mixture in an aluminum or enameled double boiler. (the wate in the outer pot should be boiling.) Stur until clear. To this slowly add, while stirring vigorously: $D boiling water/10 $E Continue stirring until smooth and then add,with stirring, perfume oil Pour into jars at 110-130 F and cover the jars as soon as possible.
