Heat the water to 70'C and disperse the "Carbopol" resin in it. Add the
"Ultrawet" 60L and the triethanolamine with gentle stirring to avoid
foaming. Add the glyceryl monostearate as a melt and carefully disperse
it. Add the perfume at 45-50'C and cool to 30'C.
