配制方法:
Disperse "Avicel" CL-611 into water using high speed propeller mixer. Continue mixing for 5 min. Dry blend xanthan gum with sugar and then add. Mix for 10 min.
Optional: Add "Avicel" PH-105. Mix for 5 min.
Dissolve sodium benzoate in a small amount of the water, and add.
Italian dressing only: add high fructose corn syrup. Add vinegar and blend of spices.
French dressing only: add lemon juice, tomato paste, and coloring.
Continue mixing for 15 min after all ingredients have been assembled.
