Formula No.3 is particularly recommended for the preceding fire-retardant composition. "Paraplex" G-60 is a combination plasticizer-stabilizer. For this reason, when it is used, the dioctyl phthalate can be reduced by 5 parts. This allows stabilization at a very slight cost.
