Barium-Cadmium Stabilizer "Barca" 10)/5
Color Pigment/2 to 5
Dioctyl Sebacate/15
Dioctyl Phthalate/40

配制方法:

Grind the calcium carbonate and pigment in a portion of the plasticizer on a paint mill or other suitable grinder. Put the plasticizers in a mixer and stir in the dispersed pigment and stabilizer. Add the resin slowly, stirring continuously. Deaerate and the plastisol is ready for coating. Fuse by heating the coating to 350'F.
This is suitable for heavyweight fabric coating.
