Adjust pH to 9.8
Charge the castor polyol into a three-neck, one-liter flask fitted
with a stirrer, thermometer and condenser with drying tube attached.
Slowly add the tolylene diisocyanate to the charge with moderate
agitation over a thirty minute period. then heat the reactants to the
prescribed temperature for one hour. Cool to 65'C. and package in 1 qt.

配制方法:

Laboratory Procedure for Foam Preparation: The dimethyl siloxane is hand mixed into the prepolymer. To this mixture is added the buffered diethylethanolamine together with the water. The blend is manually mixed to a point where incipient foaming becomes observable (about 45 seconds) after which it is poured into a waxed paper container to foam. The foam is allowed to cure at room temperature.
