Shellac-substitute solution ("Durez" 15546, 12% Solids)/250.0

配制方法:

Melt the "Cardis," "Durez," and oleic acid and cool to 210'F. Add the morpholine and stir 10 minutes at 210'F. Add the borax and caustic potash, dissolved in 30 ml. boiling water, and stir 10 minutes at 210'F.
Pour the hot wax blend in to the total volume of water at 210'F. under strong agitation, cool, adjust the pH at 8.5 to 9.0 with ammonia water, and add the "Durez" 15546 solution of 12% solid content, or as desired.
