Heavy Duty Floor Polish

配方组成:

Water/254
Heat water to 185'F., add one-half of the ammonium hydroxide, and
with good agitation add the "Durez" 15546. Temperature should be
maintained at 185-190'F. Add the remainder of the ammonium hydroxide and
stir until solution of the "Durez" 15546 is obtained.
The following are the polish proportions.

配制方法:

The finished product is obtained by blending the desired amount of leveling solution with the wax emulsion. Recommended proportions are 25 or 30 parts of leveling solution to 75 or 70 parts of emulsion. For greater water resistance ammonia cut resins may be used. Best leveling and gloss in this formulation are obtained with borax cut resins particularly "Shanco" L-1001.
These proportions may be varied considerably to bring out the qualities most desired by the formulator. Increasing the A-C Polyethylene emulsion improves polishability and film flexibility. Increasing the resin and the leveling agent improves the hardness and dirt pick-up. Excellent leveling is attained with these three components over a wide range of proportions.
