6% Cobalt Naphthenate/1
"Silver Bond" "B" Silica/100 lb.
"Ardanco" V-160/400 lb.
"Amsco" 140L/160 lb.
"Lorite"/100 lb.
Titanium Calcium/600 lb
Litharge/3 lb.
"Bentone" 34/4 lb.
24% Lead Naphthenate/2

配制方法:

Mix 15 minutes.
Mill: Use 60 Stator, 36 Rotor. One pass through Morehouse Mill. Set stones 2/1000 off positive tight, at cold start. Reset 4-5/1000 off positive tight, after maximum warm up of mill. Fill direct from cooling chamber.
Production Rate: 15 gal. per hour-Model-M Over 125 gal. per hour-Model B-1400 Grind 2.5-3.5 N.S.* For production beyond 250 gal. per hour on B-1400 use 36 Stator and 36 Rotor.
*The 60/36 combination will give a 3-4 N.S. grind, the 36/36 combination gives a 2.5-3.5 N.S. grind.
