A: Mineral Spirits/126 lb.
"Titanox" AMO/84 lb.
Mix A 15 minutes. Mix B 5 minutes.
Mill:
Use 60 Stator, 36 Rotor. One pass through Morehouse Mill. Set stones
2/1000 off positive tight, at a cold start. Reset 4-5/1000 off positive
tight, after maximum warm up of mill.
Let Down
Refined Linseed Oil/137.0 lb.
B: Bodied Linseed Z-Z1/54 lb.
Bodied Linseed Z-Z1/50.0 lb.
Acicular Zinc Oxide/292 lb.
6% Manganese Naphthenate/8.0 lb.
Refined Linseed Oil (Acid #2 to 4) lb.
6% Cobalt Naphthenate/1.6 lb.
