Mix A 15 minutes. Mix B 5 minutes.
Mill:
Use 80 Stator, 46 Rotor. One pass through Morehouse Mill. Set stones
2/1000 off positive tight, at a cold start. Reset 4-5/1000 off positive
tight, after maximum warm up of mill.

A: "Amsco" 140L/73 lb.
"Titanox"/225 lb.
"D-65A"/280 lb.
"Dustex" Micro-Silica/200 lb.
24% Lead Naphthenate/7 lb.
Medium Oil Soya Alkyd (50% solids)/77 lb.
6% Cobalt Naphthenate/2.5 lb.
"Thixcin"/3 lb.
4% Calcium naphthenate/4 lb.
B: "D-65A"/40 lb.Dipentene/21 lb.

配制方法:

Production Rate: 7-10 gal. per hour -Model -M Over 100 gal. per hour -Model B-1400 Grind: 6-7 N.S.
Quality of grind will always be dependent upon inert portion of formulation. When 80 over 46 suggested stones are employed they should be sealed (used) stones. To get the same results with new stones use 80 over 60 grit.
