配方组成:

4% Calcium Naphthenate/4 lb.
"Amsco" 140L (to satisfactory viscosity)/40 lb.
Mix A 15 minutes. Mix B 5 minutes
Mill:
Use 80 Stator, 46 Rotor. One pass through Morehouse Mill. Set
stones 2-5/1000 off positive tight, to control temperature to best
gelling of "Thixcin."*
*Can be controlled by change in stone clearance (with water on mill) to
a range of 100 to 150'F. When 80 over 46 suggested stones are employed
they should be sealed (used) stones. to get same results with new stones
use 30 over 60 grit.
