B: Triethanolamine/1.5
Beeswax/10.0
Butyl Stearate (Cosmetic Grade)/1.0
Water/52.4

配制方法:

Heat the ingredients under A to 75'C. Slowly add B to A while stirring and continue to stir until the cream has cooled to 30'C.
