The R-7 "neville" resin, dibutylphthalate, "Tergitol" NPX, and "Aerosol" OT are mixed at 100'C. until homogeneous. This mixture is then cooled to 55'C. and the polyvinyl acetate emulsion is very slowly added with vigorous agitation. Additional water can be added if desired to adjust the solids content and the viscosity. APPLICATIONS: Cellulose acetate to paper. Cloth-coated adhesive. Label adhesive.
