The silicone oil, Armak 1626 and glacial acetic acid were heated with mixing to 70'C. Water at 70'C was added to the molten organics, mixing continued until homogeneous and then cooled to 30-35'C while still mixing. Formulation 3, when diluted with water to 6% silicone, was still stable.
