Add Armak 1259 and Armak 1954 to molten wax while mixing and maintain temperatures at 100-105 degrees C. Add glacial acetic acid also while mixing and maintaining temperature. At no time during the heating, melting and mixing should the temperature exceed 105 degrees C. Heat water to 93 degrees C maximum and slowly add the molten organics to the hot water while maintaining good agitation, but entrainment of air must be avoided. After addition is complete, continue mixing for 30-40 minutes; then cool while continuing agitation.
