配方组成:

Soda Ash (Grade 100)/0.27
NIGROSINE J/0.40
A: Water/53.20
B; Synthetic Beeswax/22.00
C: ISOPAR K/20.27
Morpholine/0.36
POLARGEL T/3.50

配制方法:

Add Polargel T into vortex slowly, agitating until smooth. Add Nigrosine and Morpholine. Disperse Soda Ash. Heat to 200F. Disperse completely allowing 15 minutes for complete hydration. In separate vessel heat beeswax until completely melted. Add A to B maintaining a temperature of at least 190F when blended until uniform add C. Cool with mixing.
