配制方法:

Phase A Dry blend Magnabrite HV and Carbopol and prehydrate in water with high speed mixing. When completely dispersed add all the other ingredients in order of listing. Add Phase A to Phase B with mixing. Add Phase C to Phase B with mixing and mill.
