配制方法:

Dry blend Polargel NF and Stearalkonium chloride. Add lanolin oil with high shear mixing. Heat to 75'C. Add propylene carbonate. When completely smooth begin adding Phase B ingredients in order maintaining heat. Once talc and titanium dioxide are dispersed, begin reducing temperature. Add pigments and mill. Add fragrance and Vitamin E. Cool.
