配制方法:

Slowly add Carbomer 940 to water with good agitation. After the Carbomer 940 is dissolved, add triethanolamine. In a separate container, mix water with PHOSPHOLIPID SV and heat to 65'C with mixing. When dissolved, cool to 30-35'C then add SD3A alcohol. Blend Part II to I mixing well, add phenyl dimethicone and titanium dioxide and blend together until a uniform white lotion is obtained. Add color, fragrance and preservative as required. Package.
