配制方法:
Break lean pork using 3/4" to 1" grinder plate. Place lean pork in blender.
Hydrate the textured soy protein with three times its weight in water.
Add remaining water, dry ingredients and hydrated soy to blender. Blend only long enough to achieve homogenous mix. Regrind through 1/8" to 1/4" plate. Form patties or links.
