Granulated sugar/35.00

Sodium benzoate/0.02
Maltrin M100/4.20
Sweetened condensed milk/35.00
Potassium sorbate/0.02
配制方法:
Add PURE-GEL^T^M B990 food starch-modified to water. Bring to boil and stir until smooth. Add MALTRIN M100 maltodextrin slowly with stirring until it is dissolved completely in the starch suspension.
Remove from heat. Set aside. Heat sugar until melted. Brown slightly. To the melted sugar, add the starch mixture. Continue to boil with stirring, until smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk. Blend in until creamy and smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until smooth, pour into suitable container and allow to cool.
