Pure-Dent B700/4.5
Paprika/0.5
Worcestershire sauce/0.2
Maltrin M365/13.0
Water/38.0
Egg yolk solids/3.8
Salt/1.4
Vinegar, 120 grain/6.5
Salad oil/30.4
White pepper/0.8

配制方法:

Mix starch and water. Heat to a boil. Cook on low heat until smooth.
Cool to 150'-160'F. Add oil, MALTRIN M365, vinegar, blending each into the cooked starch. Add remaining dry ingredients with stirring. Blend until smooth and creamy using a high shear blender at medium speed. Pack off and refrigerate.
