配制方法:

Charge Resin and "Modaflow" to stainless steel beaker, and heat to melt. When melted, agitate with Cowles type dissolver at 2900 RPM. Add TiO2 and silica slowly over period of about 15 minutes. After pigment and silica are added, increase RPM to 3400 and hold for at least 5 minutes. (Formula No.2) Decrease agitation to 2900 RPM and add epoxy and agitate about 5 minutes. Pour out on aluminum foil. Cool and break up and package at 100% solids. Break up paint in rotary cutter (Wiley Number 3) using 30 mesh sieve bank. Use effluent from cutter to feed fluid energy mill at slow feed rate, with a pressure differential between the two air jets of at least 100 psig. Sieve effluent powder recycling all that cannot pass 200 mesh. Generally no more than three passes are necessary to complete grinding. Apply with electrostatic handgun at -120 kilovolts relative to panel being coated.
