Dry blend all ingredients. Add water to moisten the mix (see note a). Dip and coat the meat (fish, poultry). Deep fat fry at 350'F for 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain. (a) Water addition will depend upon processing conditions and individual requirements. Heavier coatings are obtained by a repeated dip. Additional water will result in a light coating. Individual procedures should be followed. (b) Coated product may be tunnel dried or frozen for storage.
