Blend dry ingredients. Slowly add hot water. Mix until smooth with wire whip on slow speed. Keep warm (120-130'F.) and apply to hot donuts.
MALTRIN M100 maltodextrin does not replace stabilizers. If a stabilized glaze is needed, a typical level of appropriate stabilizer can be added.
