Mix starch and water in Part A. Set aside, stirring occasionally. Blend ingredients in Part B. Bring to a boil with stirring. Add starch slurry slowly. Cook with stirring at 230-232'F until smooth. Add color/flavor to suit, while maintaining 230-232'F. Pour into prewarmed (100-110'F) starch molds. Dry at 122-125'F overnight in humidity chamber (high humidity). Remove from molds, dust off starch, spray with water. Slightly coat with sugar crystals. Dry at room temperature.
