Reconstitute preblended dry ingredients with skim milk. (If skim milk is manufactured from NFDM and water, complete first before addition of preblended ingredients.) HTST or vat pasteurize in the standard manner. Homogenize at 1500/500 psi, although single-stage units would likely suffice. Allow to cool to 40'F. Stir well once before filling operation. No agitation required prior to serving.
