Mixer: Banbury B internal mixer; Load: 1287 g (90% capacity); 230 rpm (#4 speed). Add dry ingredients and polymer. Add 1/3 increments of oil as follows: 1/3 oil @ 138 C (280 F); 1/3 oil @ 130 C (265 F); 1/3 oil @ 130 C (265 F). Stop mix @ 143-148 C (290-300 F). Cool to about 65 C (150 F) to dump.
