配方组成:

Kaopolite SF/12.0
Carnauba Wax/4.0
Silicone SM 2035/4.0
Morpholine/0.8
A: Polargel T/4.0
Beeswax/4.0
Oleic Acid/1.0
B: Kerosene (deodorized)/10.0
Water/40.2
C: Isopar K/20.0

配制方法:

Part A: Sift Polargel T into the water with rapid mixing. Allow to Hydrate for 15 min. Add morpholine and heat to 150 F.
Part B: In a separate vessel combine kerosene, carnauba wax, beeswax, and oleic acid. Heat until all waxes are melted and temperature is 150 F.
With rapid mixing add Part A to Part B. Slowly add the Isopar K into a vortex. Allow to mix for a few minutes. Add Kaopolite SF into a vortex.
When completely dispersed add silicone. Mix until cool.
