Antihistamine Elixir

配方组成:

Alcohol USP/100.0 ml
Vanillin USP/0.2 g
Chlorpheniramine Maleate USP/0.4 g
Sorbo/450.0 ml
Water/q.s. to 1000.0 ml
Amaranth Sol'n. USP/1.0 ml
Benzaldehyde NF/0.1 ml

配制方法:

Dissolve the chlorpheniramine maleate in 400 ml of water. Dissolve the benzaldehyde and vanillin in the alcohol. Add to chlorpheniramine solution. Add the Sorbo and amaranth solution, followed by sufficient water to make the total volume 1000 ml. Mix well.
