Weigh and add the deionized water into a container and begin heating and stirring. Stir by means of an agitator equipped with a stirrer designed to minimize foaming and subsequent air entrapment. Weigh and add all ingredients individually with good mixing. Heat the blend to 70-75 C while mixing carefully to avoid air entrapment. Hold for approximately 10 min and begin cooling. Cool to 40-45 C and add Part B followed by Part C. Mix and cool to 25-30 C. Pack.
