配制方法:

Combine the Penreco and liquid fractions, except for the Quaternium-15, then heat to 80 C with moderate stirring. When the temperature is reached, continue mixing and add the remaining ingredients. Stir until a homogeneous blend is obtained. Cool to 60 C and package.
