Warm the Polychol 5 in the Volpo 3 and other oil phase ingredients. Cool to room temperature and add the water to the oils with vigorous mechanical agitation. No other heat or homogenization is required. Note: Since the oil phase is external, these emulsions may easily be converted to aerosols by addition of suitable propellants such as the hydrocarbons or P-12/11 blends to the emulsified concentrate.
