Dimethicone/3.5
Estol 1512/7.0
Triethanolamine/1.0

配制方法:

Dissolve the polyacrylic acid in water under high-shear stirring and heat to 70 C. Heat separately the other ingredients to 70 C. Mix both phases while stirring then cool to about 35 C and add the perfume.
