Step 1: Micropulverize Part A. Step 2: Heat Part B to 70 C. Step 3: With Part C disperse Cellulose gum in water. Step 4: With Part D disperse Veegum in water. Step 5: Add Steps 3 and 4 to mixed ingredients from part E. STep 6: Add Step 1 and Step 5 mixture. Homogenize. Heat to 60-65 C. Maintain temperature for 10 min to allow air to escape. Step 7: Add Step 2 to Step 6 and mix until temperature cools to 45 C. Step 8: Add Step F and mix until cool.
