Blend the ingredients of Part A, one at a time, under agitation at 85-90 C. Preblend Part B, micronize, and blend until uniform. Add part B to Part a under agitation. continue stirring. Heat Part C to 80-85 C. Add Part C to the above. Continue stirring until uniform. Cool and at 40-45 C add individual components of Part D. Continue stirring until product reaches room temperature. Note: The fatty alcohols, esters, and ethoxylated cocoate provide an emollient base for this sytem.
