Using a propeller agitator, mix Part A until all preservatives are dissolved and uniform. While mixing, slowly add Part B into Part A at 25-35 C. Continue mixing and adjusting the mixing speed, as may be needed, to achieve a very white and uniform blend of Parts A and B. Continue mixing and add Part C to Parts A/B. Heat Part D in a separate container at 40-45 C. Stir this mixture until it is uniform and clear. Slowly add Part D into A/B/C while mixing. Adjust mixing speed as needed to avoid entrapping air. Avoid excessive mixing. When the mixture is completely uniform, add part E into A/B/C/D and mix until uniform. Filter the product through cheesecloth before Filling. Use concentrate to propellant ratio of 96.5:3.5 by weight. Fill the containers with shaving foam preparation and pressurize with A31/P22 propellant. Use ratio of one part A31 to two parts P22.
