Weigh out water, alcohol, and Pluronic polyol in suitable vessel. Mix gently until homogeneous. Add flavors, color, and other minor ingredients, and mix gently 5 min or until homogeneous. Transfer to suitable containers. Amounts and ratios of flavors may be varied, depending upon consumer preference. Note: Product is a clear, fluid liquid.
