Gently heat and mix all ingredients, with the exception of the aluminum chlorohydrate, to 65 C. When uniform, add the aluminum chlorohydrate in small increments with good stirring while maintaining the temperature at 65 C. When thoroughly mixed and uniform, pour into appropriate container at 55-60 C. Notes: A solid, popular type antiperspirant stick with silicone. Glucam E-20 Distearate imparts a pleasant, emollient, dry afterfeel as well as contributing to a smooth, nondraggy application. Promulgen D gives the stick a smooth appearance and texture.
