Chlorhydrol (50% sol'n.)/44.0
A: Water/43.0
Standamul LA-3/1.0

配制方法:

Heat water in Part A to 65 C. Disperse Veegum in water under agitation. Add remaining ingredients of Part A, one at a time, under agitation. Keep temperature constant. Heat Part B to 70-75 C. Add Part B to A under agitation. Cool and continue stirring. At 40 C add individual components of Part C. Continue mixing until product reaches room temperature.
Note: This blend of emulsifiers and ethoxylated cocoate provides an o/w lotion with stable viscosity properties and nontacky application. With roll-on packaging it delays the onset of crystallization on the ball applicator, possible with such systems.
