Premix: Melt a 50:50 mixture of vegetable oil and emulsifier. Mix warm oil/emulsifier uniformly into sugar. Add remaining dry ingredients and blend until uniform. Pour two cups of whole milk into mixer bowl. Agitate at slow speed, add 100 g of dry mix in front of beaters, scrape excess from edges of bowl into milk and continue mixing for 2 min. Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate for 30 min before serving.
