配制方法:
Disperse Avicel RC into the milk and water requirement with Lightnin' (or similar type) mixer agitation. Mix 15 min. Add combined sugar and egg yolks. Pasteurize at 165 F (74 C) for 30 min. Homogenize at 1500 psi. Cool quickly to 41 F (5 C).
