Dissolve (2) in (1), add (3) and (4) slowly, with vigorous agitation until well dispersed and smooth. Reduce agitation to moderate, add (5), (6), and (7), blend thoroughly. Continuing moderate agitation, add (8) to pH 8.5. About 0.2% of (9) is effective, if needed, to control foam in mixing and packaging.
