配制方法:

1. Mix components of Part A.
2. In Part B disperse the Carbopol 934 in water and when completely dissolved, add the triethanolamine. Then add the morpholine just prior to proceeding with Step 3.
3. Add Part A to B with rapid high-shear agitation until a uniform mixture is obtained.
4. Add Part C slowly and continue agitation until a uniform blend is obtained.
Aerosol Packaging: This formula can be packaged as a liquid or used in a foam-type aerosol package. If the latter is desired, use the following procedure: Check the viscosity of the material with a Brookfield viscometer, Model RVF-7, Spindle No.4 for 15 s at 20 rpm. The viscosity should be between 3400-4000 cps @ 25 C (77 F).
Aerosol Loading: Concentrate: 94.5 Isobutane: 5.5 Application: Remove excess dirt by washing. Apply polish to a clean, soft cloth and apply to the car surface using a circular motion. Allow the polish to dry to a white haze and then buff to a high gloss with a clean, dry cloth.
